If you want to do it all by yourself, go to Sanur very early in the morning, there are many companies on the beach to rent the first boat from there, all at the same rate. There are many hotels within 1 km of where you get off the boat in Nusa Penida. Walk to the hotel if you can. If you are alone, you can take a bike. After relaxing in the hotel for the first day, you can go to the tourist spots from the next day. Car rental for the whole day is around 5-7 lakh rupees (USD 30 to 40). Bike rental USD 4 for the whole day, own fuel. Riding a bike by yourself is very risky because the road is very bad. The tourist spots are:

All the places are amazing and not to be missed. The water here is very mesmerizing blue. The scenery will be very nice. It is possible to cover all the places in one day.
Nusa Lembugan and Nusa Penida are very close. These two will be seen on the same day but the upper part of the body will wear a lot of pressure. A day stay in Nusa Penida should be planned at the same time. It is also a very beautiful place. The tourist spots are:
- Devil's Tear - Dream Beach - Yolo Bridge - Mushroom Bay etc.
The water here is incredibly beautiful and blue. Both Penida and Lembugan should be visited if possible.
Gili Gili Island is quite far from Bali. If you have time, you can go there. There are three islands nearby. Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno Gili Air Island. Considering the time, cost, distance, cost etc. it is recommended to go to Nusa Penida/Lembugan or Nusa Penida and Nusa Lembugan together than Gili.
