In this respect, anyone who wishes to work on Bulgaria and is not an EU citizen, i.e. is a third-country national, is required to be in possession of a valid employment licence (Work Permit) to work in Bulgaria. Following nationality can apply according to their work experience:
We are processing candidates of India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Phillipine, and Srilanka nationality. Candidates must be in Gulf countries with valid residency card more than 12 months. Must need to sign 3 years contract with SIC to process in Bulgaria. Candidate should provide bond that he will work in Bulgaria for 3 years in same company. Otherwise, AED 50,000 will be fined by SIC.
We are not processing of those candidates carrying Partner Visa or High Profession Visa in Gulf countries.

| #6 | After work permit approval, candidate must pay AED 4,000 (Refundable if candidate fails to achieve VISA) to SIC with in 7 days and start visa processing. |
| #7 | After visa success, candidate needs to pay rest of the service charge with in three working day. After that SIC will provide accommodation paper and immigration documents for departure. |
