In this respect, anyone who wishes to work on Lithuania and is not an EU citizen, i.e. is a third-country national, is required to be in possession of a valid employment licence (Work Permit) to work in Lithuania. Following nationality workers can apply in Lithuania:

| #7 | Outside UAE applicants need to pay full amount in advance to start the process or need any relative inside Dubai as grantor by providing 50% payment in advance and 50% in cheque to start the process. Otherwise SIC will not work for them. |
